Abstract: The role of interdisciplinary studies in enhancing vocational education outcomes is pivotal in fostering well-rounded skillsets and adaptability among students. This study explores how integrating interdisciplinary approaches into vocational education impacts student learning and career readiness. The objectives are: (1) to assess the benefits of interdisciplinary studies for vocational students, (2) to evaluate the effectiveness of interdisciplinary curricula, and (3) to identify best practices for implementing interdisciplinary education. A survey research design is employed, justified by the need to collect detailed feedback from students, educators, and industry professionals. The sample size includes 300 participants selected through purposive sampling. The case study focuses on vocational institutions in Oyo State, known for their innovative educational approaches. Findings indicated that interdisciplinary studies significantly enhanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability among vocational students. However, challenges such as curriculum integration and educator training were identified. Recommendations included developing interdisciplinary curricula that align with industry needs, providing professional development for educators, and fostering collaboration between different academic departments to support interdisciplinary education.
